As a Social Media Manager at Crystal Coral, you will be the driving force behind our online presence and engagement. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our social media strategy, building brand awareness, and fostering a vibrant online community. Job Responsibility

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
• Analyze and report on social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance our social media presence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and design, to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
• Respond to comments and messages promptly, maintaining a positive and interactive online presence.

Educational Requirement

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Strong creative and writing skills with an eye for visual content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Experience Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
