Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager at Crystal Coral, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base, promoting our innovative products, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Job Responsibility

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and reach new clients.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Educational Requirement

• Proven experience in business development within the construction, architecture, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of tension fabric/tensile membrane structures or similar products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Experience Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
